Street Sweeping
Bailey’s operates a fleet of specialised street sweepers including Tymco 600s for large road sweeping, Schwarze 348 dual engine trucks, and Victory Sweepers. Our low-profile sweepers can access parking garages that standard trucks can’t reach.
We operate day and night to fit your schedule, and all our trucks use water misting systems for effective dust suppression — keeping your property clean and your neighbours happy.

Parking Lot Sweeping
Different debris needs different equipment. Our air vacuum trucks handle light debris — leaves, papers, cigarette butts, and cans — while our dual engine broom trucks tackle the heavy stuff: dirt, rock, sand, and gravel.
We also deploy backpack blowers to clean curb lines, corners, building edges, columns, and loading docks, plus gutter brooms for complete curb cleaning. The result is a property that looks like it was just built.

Pressure Washing
Our commercial-grade pressure washing equipment is truck and trailer mounted, delivering up to 4,000 PSI with water heated to 220°F. That combination cuts through the toughest grime Vegas can throw at a property.

All supplies are provided by Bailey’s Sweeper Service. Our porter packages can be custom-tailored to meet your property’s specific needs, large or small.
